About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and technically strongManager – Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/I&C)to join our District Cooling System (DCS) team. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead – Mechanical Engineering to develop design basis, cost estimates, engineering datasets, and cost benchmarks for both greenfield and brownfield DCS projects across the group. Key Responsibilities Mechanical Engineering & Design Develop schematic, concept & detailed designs for centralized chilled water plants Prepare DBR, BOM, BOQ & cost estimates; build CapEx/OpEx benchmarking Size & design chillers, pumps, piping, cooling towers & related systems Conduct lifecycle cost analysis & support value engineering Technical Documentation & Reviews Prepare tender packages and contract documents Review OEM/consultant/contractor submissions & technical deviations Perform pump head & ventilation calculations Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, consultants & internal departments Engage in procurement technical discussions Support during construction, testing & commissioning, and O&M ⚙️Engineering Governance Maintain central engineering database Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, BS, CIBSE and relevant codes Support site due diligence for M&A (high-side & low-side HVAC assets) People & Project Coordination Prepare engineering deliverables plan, schedules & progress reports Collaborate with site teams & manage stakeholder communication What We Are Looking For ✔ Strong expertise in mechanical design forcentralized HVAC/chilled water plants ✔ Experience inMEP/HVAC/Utilities/Real Estatesectors ✔ Hands-on exposure inproject execution, commissioning & O&M ✔ Proficiency in design tools, CFD, and basic electrical understanding (SLDs) ✔ Ability to drive engineering excellence, innovation & best practices
