Sales Operations Executive Location:4th Floor, Tower B, Godrej Eternia, Divisa Herbals Private Limited, Plot No. 70, Industrial Area Phase I, Chandigarh, 160002 Vacancies:2 Salary:35k to 40k CTC Website:Roles and Responsibilities: Review, verify, and process field staff expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Examine and validate field staff tour plans, making necessary corrections to optimize coverage and productivity. Set sales targets for field staff and prepare detailed achievement and performance reports on a periodic basis. Prepare and analyze sales expense ratio reports to support cost control and budgeting decisions. Monitor and manage daily attendance records of field staff using designated tracking systems. Generate and circulate monthly attendance and compliance reports for field staff and management review. Cross-check sales billing data to ensure correctness, completeness, and alignment with approved sales records. Create, maintain, and update various Excel-based MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers for sales and marketing activities. Act as the primary point of contact for field staff, addressing queries related to salary, incentives, expenses, and operational concerns in a timely manner.Please note that this is neither a market nor a target-based job.
