We run two brands - Maiz Mexican Kitchen and Harvest Salad Co (and have delivered over a million orders since inception. Both brands are category leaders by revenue for ‘Fresh Mexican’ and ‘Salads’ respectively in Mumbai. Our ambition is to pioneer the healthy fast food movement in India, build two world class brands, and create a sustainable and profitable company that will last decades.Role Overview: You will support the management of our data infrastructure and analytics efforts, ensuring clean, actionable data flows across POS, delivery platforms, CRM, and operational systems. Your insights will drive marketing, supply chain, and operational decisions, improving efficiency and customer experience across our outlets.Key Responsibilities:Database Management: Build and maintain databases integrating POS, delivery aggregator reports (Swiggy, Zomato), HRMS, loyalty systems, and inventory data. Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and accessibility for operational and leadership teams. Work with tech partners to manage API and ETL pipelines for automated data ingestion.Analytics and Reporting: Design and automate dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI) for sales, product performance, customer segmentation, and operational metrics. Identify patterns and trends to inform menu engineering, marketing campaigns, and outlet-level interventions. Support supply chain and procurement teams with sales forecasts and wastage reduction analysis.Data Governance and Compliance: Establish SOPs for data collection and usage across teams. Ensure data privacy compliance and secure handling of customer information.Requirements: SQL (BigQuery preferred) Python (data processing, APIs, automation) Google Apps Script (Google Sheets automation) Experience with Google Sheets for reporting and automation Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Scheduler is a plus) Comfortable working with APIs and structured dataWhat We Offer: Opportunity to build the data backbone of a fast-scaling QSR brand.
