With a state-of-the-art experience center, we help customers explore how automation can transform their living spaces.Role Overview: WOSA is looking for aPre-Sales Executiveto handleincoming social media and digital leadsfor home automation solutions. The role involvescalling, qualifying customer requirements , educating prospects on WOSA’s offerings, and coordinating with the sales/design team for closures. This role is critical in convertingonline interest into real sales opportunities .Key Responsibilities: -Call and follow up onleads generated from social media platforms(Instagram, Facebook, Google, Website, WhatsApp, etc.) -Understand customer requirements related tohome automation, smart lighting, security, and AV solutions -Explain WOSA’s solutions, experience center, and service approach clearly to customers Qualify leadsbased on budget, project stage, location, and decision timeline -Schedulesite visits, experience center visits, or sales meetings -Update and maintain accurate lead data in CRM / lead management system -Coordinate withsales, design, and technical teamsfor smooth handover of qualified leads -Follow up regularly to ensurelead conversion and customer engagement -Maintain professional communication via calls, WhatsApp, and emails -Achievedaily/weekly calling and lead qualification targets -Share feedback on lead quality and customer trends with the marketing teamQualifications & Skills: -1 to 3 years experience inpre-sales / inside sales / telecalling / lead management -Experience handlingdigital or social media leadspreferred -Good understanding or strong interest inhome automation / smart home solutions -Excellentcommunication skills(English + Telugu/Hindi preferred) -Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills -Comfortable withoutbound and inbound calling -Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, email) -Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple termsWork Details: Working Days: 6 days a week Work Timings: As per office schedule Reporting to: Sales Manager / Business HeadWhat We Offer: • Competitive salary with attractive incentives and commissions. • Opportunities for career growth in a rapidly expanding industry. • Training and certification on the latest smart home technologies.
