Role DescriptionWe are looking for acreative, hands-on Graphic Designer(full time) to design engaging visuals acrosssocial media, digital ads, and website platformsfor our kids and youth-focused e-commerce brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating scroll-stopping content, performance-driven ad creatives, and clean web visuals that work together as one cohesive brand experience. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to shape how our brand shows up across Instagram, digital campaigns, and our website.Key Responsibilities Design high-quality visuals forsocial media platformsincluding posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and short-form videos Create creative assets forInstagram ads, paid social campaigns, and digital promotions Designwebsite creativessuch as banners, landing page sections, and promotional graphics Adapt brand assets into platform-specific formats while maintaining visual consistency Develop creatives for product launches, offers, and ongoing brand storytelling Collaborate with marketing and product teams to brainstorm, execute, and optimize creative ideas Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and visual styles relevant to kids and youth brands Support additional digital design needs such as emailers and online marketing assetsSkills Desired Canva Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Basic video or motion design skills (Reels, GIFs, short edits) are a plusExperience & Eligibility 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or social media or digital design (internships and freelance experience included) Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, ad designs, or website visuals Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment Ability to manage timelines, take ownership, and work independentlyAdditional Requirements Strong eye for color, typography, layout, and visual storytelling Interest in designing forkids and youth-oriented brands Ability to think beyond visuals—what makes content engaging and conversion-friendly Experience with e-commerce or product-based marketing is a plus Packaging, product, or print design experience is a bonus
