Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business objectives are translated into actionable and value-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities: ·Requirements Gathering & Analysis: o Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements. o Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand business processes and improvement opportunities. ·Process Improvement: o Analyze current business processes and identify inefficiencies or automation opportunities. o Design and implement optimized workflows and business process reengineering (BPR). ·Stakeholder Management: o Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors. o Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. ·Documentation & Reporting: o Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams. o Create reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) as required. ·Project & Change Support: o Work closely with project managers and product owners to ensure timely delivery of solutions. o Support testing activities including UAT by developing test cases and coordinating test efforts. ·Data Analysis: o Interpret data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights. o Work with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making.Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. · 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a relevant domain (e.g., deposits, lending). · Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio). · Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. · Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau). · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Soft Skills: · Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. · Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying problems and opportunities. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
