Content Research: Dive deep into topics to find credible, relevant, and engaging insights from current affairs to pop culture to sports stats. 2. Content Ideation : Brainstorm and conceptualize original content formats, IPs, and viral hooks for different platforms. and develop innovative content ideas across various formats (long-form, short-form, audio, visual) that resonate with our target audiences and support marketing and communication goals. 3. Long-Form Content Creation: Research and write detailed, narrative-driven scripts for YouTube explainers, documentaries, and IP shows. From emotionally impactful intros to satisfying conclusions, your writing should keep viewers hooked throughout. Tone flexibility is key from newsy and informative to emotional and storytelling-led. 4. Short-Form Content Creation: Develop engaging and concise short-form content for social media platforms, Instagram reels and shorts, social first formats, and other channels, ensuring brand consistency and driving audience interaction. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with editors and other teams to ensure content aligns with overall company objectives and brand guidelines. 6. Content Calendar Management: Contribute to the development and execution of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across all platforms. 7.
