Key Responsibilities: Act as the bridge between international clients and internal technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution architects to design IT enterprise service solutions aligned with client goals. Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and product walkthroughs across global client locations. Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and user stories. Analyze and map existing client business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements. Support RFP/RFI responses and assist in solution proposal preparation. Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Validate solution deliverables with clients through UAT planning, acceptance criteria, and documentation. Stay current with trends in enterprise IT solutions (cloud, data, automation, cybersecurity, etc.) to guide clients effectively.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline. 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services, enterprise technology, or digital transformation projects. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, such as application development, cloud services, data platforms, and managed IT services. Experience in client-facing roles and working with international customers Willingness and ability to travel internationally for client engagements (20–40% travel depending on projects). Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, or similar. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
