We create clean, high-quality products and experiences with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, product education, and service excellence.Customer Support Executive (English, Telugu & Hindi) Location:Hyderabad (On-site) Employment Type:Full-time Work Schedule:6 days/week Experience:1–3 years (D2C/E-commerce preferred) CTC:3.0 to 3.5 LPARole Summary Manage customer support across WhatsApp, phone, email, website chat, and social media DMs, ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality customer experience.Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, calls, email, Instagram DMs, and website chat Manage order support end-to-end: delivery updates, address changes, cancellations, refunds, exchanges/returns Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for delays, damages, RTO, and priority dispatch Log, track, and close tickets with clear documentation and follow-ups Maintain response templates, FAQs, and support process improvements Share customer feedback and recurring issues with internal teams for corrective actionsRequirements Strong communication skills inEnglish, Telugu, and Hindi. 1–3 years of experience in customer support (D2C/E-commerce preferred) High ownership, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills Comfortable handling multiple conversations and high query volumes Familiarity withShopify, Bitesepped, WhatsApp Business, Shiprocket/Delhiveryis a plusApplication Details Please share your resume along with current location, notice period at saikrishna@
