The role focuses on translating design intent into compelling visuals that support client presentations, design development, and approvals.Key Responsibilities: Createphoto-realistic 3D renders and walkthroughsfor workplace interiors (offices, managed workspaces, collaboration areas, cabins, meeting rooms) Interpret2D drawings, space plans, and design conceptsaccurately in 3D Develop realisticlighting, materials, textures, furniture systems, and finishes Coordinate closely with interior designers to ensuredesign accuracy and brand alignment Implement client and internal feedback within tight timelines Maintain consistency inrender quality, detailing, and workplace standards Supportdesign pitches and client presentationswith impactful visualsRequired Skills & Software: Proficiency in3ds MaxwithCorona Strong knowledge ofworkplace furniture systems, partitions, ceilings, lighting Working knowledge ofSketchUp(preferred) Proficiency inPhotoshopfor post-production Good understanding ofcorporate interior materials and detailingExperience & Profile: 3+ years of experience inworkplace / corporate interior visualization Strong sense ofscale, proportion, lighting, and realism Ability to work onmultiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and execution accuracy Good communication and coordination skillsWhat We Offer: Exposure tolarge-scale workplace and managed office projects Design-driven, collaborative work environment Opportunity to work withenterprise clients Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level
