Job Description

Key Responsibilities Content Writing & Strategy Create high-quality content for blogs, website pages, landing pages, case studies, product pages, whitepapers, and thought leadership articles Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content touchpoints Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with business objectives SEO & Website Optimization Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and rankings Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content structure Track and analyze content performance and optimize accordingly Landing Pages & Campaign Content Develop high-conversion landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and lead generation Write compelling, user-focused copy highlighting value propositions Work closely with design and performance marketing teams to optimize conversions Email Marketing & Communication Create impactful emailers for newsletters, drip campaigns, onboarding journeys, and product updates Support CXO and leadership email communication for internal and external stakeholders Ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines Social Media Management Manage and grow DotPe’s social media presence, primarily LinkedIn Plan and execute content calendars for brand updates, product launches, hiring, events, and culture Draft CXO and leadership posts for personal branding Track performance metrics and optimize based on insights Employee & Employer Branding Create internal newsletters, employee stories, culture content, and leadership updates Partner with HR and Talent teams on employer branding initiatives Amplify company culture and achievements through social and internal channels CXO-Level Engagement & Thought Leadership Draft speeches, articles, LinkedIn posts, presentations, and key messages for CXO-level communication Support leadership visibility with insight-driven content Analytics & Reporting Track content, SEO, email, and social KPIs Share insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversions Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field 3–6 years of experience in content, brand, SEO, or digital marketing roles Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills Strong SEO knowledge and social media experience (especially LinkedIn for B2B brands) Experience working with CMS, email marketing, analytics, and SEO tools Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
