This opportunity is with our client/ F100 GCC establishing in HyderabadJob Title:Sr. Manager, Commercial & Brands Technologies Location:Hyderabad, IndiaJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and hands-onCommercial Technology Leadto oversee our offshore Commercial technology teams at GCC in Hyderabad. This role leadsdevelopment, quality engineering, and operationsacross key Commercial platforms, including Anaplan, Salesforce, EDI, and related tools that support Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise/commercial systems, has led offshore delivery and support teams, and is adept at working with global stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT.You will partner closely with onshore product owners and platform leads to ensurereliable planning, sales execution, integration, and reporting capabilitiesfor the business. Candidates must be willing to workonsite in Hyderabad at least four days per weekand maintainconsistent overlap with US Pacific Time (PST)to collaborate with global teams.Scope & PortfoliosThe Commercial Technology Lead will have primary responsibility for: Planning & Performance Management: Anaplan or similar planning platforms supporting financial, sales, and operational planning. CRM & Sales Enablement: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other relevant Salesforce solutions). EDI & B2B Integrations: EDI platforms and integrations with retailers, distributors, and other external partners. Commercial & Operational Tools: Additional tools used by Sales, Trade, Commercial Finance, or Customer Operations, as assigned. Operations & Support for Commercial Platforms: Incident management, releases, performance, integrations, and on-call coordination.Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentorCommercial technology teamsin Hyderabad – including developers, QA engineers, and operations/support staff. Foster a culture ofstability, ownership, and continuous improvementacross Commercial platforms with clear expectations and feedback loops. Provide clear goals, coaching, performance feedback, and development paths for team members. Delivery & Project Execution Oversee planning and delivery of Commercial projects and enhancements across Anaplan, Salesforce, EDI, and related tools. Managework intakeacross multiple Commercial portfolios (projects, enhancements, support, compliance requests). Balanceproject work and BAU support , aligning resources to peak periods (planning cycles, promotions, year-end, etc.). Maintain accurateresource allocation and assignment visibility , clearly communicating ownership and capacity constraints. Partner with onshore IT and business leaders (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Ops) toprioritize and sequencework. Ensure projects meet agreedscope, schedule, and budget , with appropriate risk management and communication. Operate withAgile delivery practiceswhere applicable, while supporting project-based deliveries (e.g., Anaplan model builds, EDI onboarding). Platform & Integration Ownership – Commercial Stack Act as the offshoretechnology ownerfor key Commercial platforms: Anaplan (model changes, releases, environment coordination). Salesforce (config/customization changes, integration, releases). EDI platforms (partner onboarding, mappings, connectivity, monitoring). Work with architects and onshore platform owners to align onsolution designs, integration patterns, and technical standards . Ensure effective coordination withERP, data platforms, and other downstream systems . Operations, Support & Reliability Ownproduction supportandSLAsfor Commercial platforms – including incidents, service requests, and business-critical issues (e.g., order flows, planning cycles, sales processes). Implement and maintainrunbooks, on-call rotations, monitoring, and alertingfor Anaplan, Salesforce, and EDI services. Leadroot cause analysisfor recurring or high-severity incidents, ensuring follow-through on remediation actions. Enforcechange management, release governance, and environment managementto protect business-critical operations (e.g., planning windows, month-end/quarter-end closes). Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as a primaryoffshore liaisonfor Commercial stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT. Provideregular updateson platform health, project progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Help business stakeholdersunderstand trade-offsin scope, capacity, and timelines; support decision-making through clear data and options. Maintain strong relationships withexternal vendors/partners(e.g., Anaplan partners, Salesforce implementation partners, EDI VAN providers) as needed. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 10+ yearsof experience in Commercial/Enterprise technology roles (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, or related domains), including5+ years managing offshore technical teams . Demonstrated experience with one or more of: Anaplanor similar planning platforms. Salesforce(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or equivalent CRM platforms). EDIand B2B integrations. Strong understanding ofsoftware development, integration, QA, and operationsfor enterprise systems. Experience withAgile methodologies , as well as structured project delivery in enterprise environments. Proven ability tolead and influence technical teams , with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working in aglobal, distributedorganization across time zones and cultures. Willingness to workonsite in Hyderabad four days per weekand maintainconsistent overlap with US Pacific Time . Preferred Experience withAnaplan model building , Salesforce configuration/customization, or EDI partner onboarding. Knowledge and certifications inITIL, Agile, and/or DevOpspractices. Familiarity withSOX and other compliance requirementsimpacting Commercial systems and operations. Experience coordinating with ERP, data/analytics, and finance systems in a complex, global environment.
