We’re Hiring | Assistant HR – Payroll/AdminLocation: D3-73/2/1/NEW, DHTC India Ltd, Shibtala Road Bye Lane 1, Maheshtala, Kolkata, South Twenty Four Parganas, West Bengal, 700141Experience: 3–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant HR – Admin to handle end-to-end payroll processing, HR operations, and office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR administrative functions.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time - Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.) - Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies - Prepare salary slips, payroll reports, and reconciliationsHR Operations- Maintain employee records and HR databases - Support onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities - Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and internal communications - Monitor attendance and leave management systemsAdministration- Manage office administration and vendor coordination - Support employee engagement and welfare activitiesRequirements- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 3–5 years of experience in HR & payroll administration - Strong knowledge of payroll software, HRMS, and MS Excel - Familiarity with statutory compliance and labor laws - Good communication and organizational skillsPreferred Skills- Experience with HRMS/Payroll tools like Keka, SmartOffice, or similar - Knowledge of statutory filings and labor regulationsWhat We Offer- Paid Leave as per company policy - Provident Fund (PF) - Mobile phone / mobile allowance - Health InsuranceInterested candidates can apply by sending their CV to - hr@
