Hiring: Child Care Supervisor – Tada LocationA leading Child Care Center is looking for an experienced and dedicated Child Care Supervisor for our Tada (AP) location.Eligibility- Mandatory: Experience in Play School / Child Care Center - Experience: 15-20yrs - 3–7 years in Center Operations - Minimum 3 years continuous tenure in one organization - At least 3 years of on-ground operational workKey Responsibilities- Support monthly ration planning, stock verification, and fund disbursement - Ensure availability and safe storage of food, medicines, learning materials, and records - Attend trainings and build capacity of Crèche Workers - Ensure child safety, discipline, grievance redressal, and statutory compliance - Act as the first point of contact for grievances and escalate when required - Monitor child health, nutrition, anthropometry, and referrals - Maintain MIS, monthly reports, and monitoring records - Coordinate with parents, HR teams, and support monthly review meetingsRequired Skills- Routine Building - Safety-Driven Mindset - Incident-Ready Approach - Trust Anchoring - High Attention to Detail - Outcome & Accountability FocusWork Policy- 100% relocation required during project launch - 50% travel during operations - Open to candidates from Telugu States onlyLocation: Tada, Andhra PradeshIndustry: Child Care / Early Childhood EducationCandidate pls contact Ananthy@
