We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who doesn’t just think outside the box, they throw the box away and start from scratch. If you live and breathe design, have a deep understanding of branding and visual storytelling, bring concepts to life across formats and media, we’d love to meet you. This role demands someone who is passionate, proactive, and can turn even the most complex briefs into brilliant creative.Responsibilities:● Own the visual language and design output across multiple brands and campaigns● Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for print, digital, outdoor, films, and everything in between● Collaborate with copywriters, creative strategists, and client servicing teams to crack compelling ideas that align with brand strategy● Guide and mentor junior designers and visualisers to deliver top-notch work● Translate marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions● Review creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations● Present ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity● Stay up-to-date with current design, advertising, and cultural trends - and know when to follow them or break them● Maintain design consistency while working on multiple projects across industries● Manage timelines, delegate work, and ensure timely delivery of all creative assetsQualifications & Skills:● 8-10 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency (not digital-only or event-focused)● A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaigns)● Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding● Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)● Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills● Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation, not just design● Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines● A good sense of humour and a can-do attitude (non-negotiable!)About Alchemist Marketing Solutions:Alchemist Marketing Solutions is a 360-degree marketing firm that believes in providingthrough-the-line solutions to brands.
