About the Role:As our HRBP - EBO, you will be the strategic thought partner for our EBO business leaders, dedicated to cultivating an exceptional employee experience and driving performance within our exclusive retail spaces. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our EBOs are staffed with top talent, delivering unparalleled customer service, and contributing directly to our brand's success across India.You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR, from collaborating with TA team for talent acquisition and development specifically for EBO roles, to implementing robust performance management systems, ensuring meticulous payroll accuracy, and fostering an engaging, high-performance culture.What You'll Do:- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with EBO leaders to design and execute people strategies that directly support growth targets, new store openings, and brand experience goals across our Pan-India EBO network. - Talent Management: Drive the entire talent lifecycle for EBO staff – from efficient recruitment and onboarding to strategic talent deployment and targeted training programs in product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques. - Performance & Culture Champion: Lead the full cycle of performance management (goal setting, reviews, PIPs) for EBO teams, fostering a culture of high achievement, accountability, and passion for sports. - Payroll & HR Operations: Oversee and manage all payroll inputs for EBO employees, ensuring timely, accurate payouts and meticulous reporting. - Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances and ensure strict adherence to HR policies, labor compliance and Code of Conduct across all EBO locations. - Data & Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize EBO performance.-What We're Looking For:- Master's degree in HR or a related field. - 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4-5 years in an HRBP role. - Critical: Significant, proven experience managing HR specifically for retail stores, EBOs or multi-location premium retail setups, focusing on customer-facing and operational teams. - Demonstrated expertise in leading performance management cycles and ensuring payroll accuracy for a distributed workforce. - Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of retail operations, sales drivers, and customer experience. - Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. - Analytical, data-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail. - Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and employee relations best practices. - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team.-Why Join Us?This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact on a leading sporting goods brand.
