Role Overview We are seeking a high-octane, "hunter-first" leader to take full ownership of our staffing vertical. This business currently leverages our deep-tech training ecosystem to deploy mid-to-senior technical talent into global giants like Citibank, Morgan Stanley, and Reliance.While the vertical is already profitable and accounts for ~15% of company revenue, it lacks a dedicated leader to institutionalize the "farming" of existing creamy accounts and the "hunting" of new enterprise logos. This role is for a leader who can carry themselves with finesse in front of CXOs but isn't afraid to get into the trenches with recruiters to drive closures.Key Responsibilities* P&L Ownership & Scale: Own the end-to-end P&L of the staffing vertical. Drive the roadmap to scale monthly revenue from ₹1.3 Cr to ₹3–4 Cr+ while maintaining a high-alpha margin profile.- Strategic Hunting & Farming: * Farming: Deepen wallet share within existing "creamy" accounts (Fortune 500s, GCCs, and Indian Conglomerates) through constant follow-ups and relationship building. - Hunting: Aggressively open new enterprise logos using our unique "backward integration" (IIT-skilling) story as a competitive edge. - Talent Deployment & Delivery: Lead a team of 9+ deep-tech recruiters and delivery heads. Ensure speed and quality in lateral hiring (mid-senior roles with CTCs of ₹60–70L+). - Forward Integration: Build the "Virtual GCC" model for US-based YC startups, helping them build entire engineering teams from India. - Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with the IIT-education vertical to utilize our internal pool of 18,000+ students as a sustainable talent pipeline.Target Outcomes (12–18 Months) * Scale the vertical to a ₹36 Cr+ annual revenue run rate.- Maintain a healthy margin profile (targeting ₹1 Cr+ monthly net margin). - Institutionalize a "predictable" sales and account management process that doesn't require founder intervention.Ideal Candidate Profile* Experience: 12–18 years in Enterprise Staffing, IT Services Sales, or high-growth Gig-workforce platforms.- The "Hunter" DNA: We need a builder.
