We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our client's dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving business insights through data.Location: Hyderabad OR Bengaluru, India (Hybrid model, Locals preferred)Experience: 3 to 6 yearsBudget: ₹12 to ₹16 LPANotice: Need early joiner, who can start within next 10 or 15 days.Special Note: Candidates should have experience working with MNCs only.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Planning & Analysis:• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.• Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to management.• Support the development of financial models to forecast company performance and guidestrategic decisions.2. Reporting & Data Analysis:• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, andrevenue growth.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for analysis and reporting.3. Strategic Support:• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve businessobjectives.• Provide analytical support for business cases, capital expenditure proposals, and other strategicinitiatives.• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management.4. Process Improvement:• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and datamanagement.• Support the automation of routine financial tasks and reports to enhance efficiency.Additional Skills:- .
