The Senior Student Counsellor will assist students in making informed decisions about their higher education goals abroad by providing personalized counseling and career guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling student inquiries, offering solutions tailored to individual profiles, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with students and their families.Qualifications- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to support students in navigating their academic and career paths. - Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and provide an excellent experience for students and their families. - Familiarity with the Education sector, trends in global education destinations, and visa requirements is highly desirable. - Proven ability to handle multiple students and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Relevant experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
