The Audit Coordinator will oversee the coordination and execution of auditing activities, maintain records of compliance processes, and facilitate quality assurance programs in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include planning and conducting audits, analyzing processes, ensuring adherence to financial and quality standards, and generating detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational and communication abilities.Qualifications• Follow the inspection clients’ files and keep informed line Managers.• Receive the applications and make its admissibility in application form.• Allocate inspectors for the assigned job and maintain.• Maintain record of inspector credentials and inspector competency matrix.• Provide all necessary resources to inspector to perform assigned job.• Verify draft Audit/Inspection report.• Coordinate with clients for the smooth process of Audit/Inspection.• Maintain Audit/Inspection log and inspection documents up to date.• Keep client and inspectors informed about any new changes in procedure or the requirements.
