With a strong focus on Indian craftsmanship and contemporary design, The Bombay Store connects tradition with modern lifestyles and continues to promote authentic Indian artistry across its retail stores and online platforms.Role: Customer Care Executive (Sales)• Warmly greet customers and provide excellent service • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products • Explain product features, offers, and promotions clearly • Focus on achieving daily and monthly sales targets • Handle billing, cash/card/UPI transactions using POS system • Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising standards • Ensure stock availability, tagging, and shelf arrangement • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally • Support stock counting, inward, and inventory control activities • Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards • Coordinate with team members for smooth store operationsQualification & Skills:• Minimum 12th / Diploma / Any Degree • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply • Good communication skills in English & local language • Customer-focused, service-minded, and positive attitude • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and festival seasons • Team player with dedication and responsibility
