Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to support integrated PR mandates for leading BFSI clients. The role involves end-to-end execution of PR campaigns, strong media coordination, content development, and client servicing in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Servicing & Account ManagementSupport day-to-day management of BFSI client accounts across banking, insurance, fintech, AMC, and NBFC sectorsAct as a key point of contact for routine client communication and coordinationAssist in developing PR strategies aligned with client business objectivesManage timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination with research, digital, and creative teamsMedia RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with business, finance, and BFSI journalistsDraft and pitch press releases, story angles, media notes, and interview opportunitiesTrack media opportunities, respond to journalist queries, and manage follow-upsMonitor coverage and prepare detailed media reports and analysisContent DevelopmentDraft press releases, Q&As, bylines, thought leadership articles, and key messaging documentsSupport leadership profiling initiatives including CXO interviews, opinion pieces, and speaker opportunitiesEnsure accuracy, compliance, and BFSI-specific sensitivity in all communicationResearch & MonitoringTrack BFSI industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activityConduct background research to support pitches and strategic recommendationsMaintain media lists and coverage trackersInternal CoordinationWork closely with senior team members to ensure seamless execution of campaignsSupport new business pitches, proposal development, and presentations when requiredCandidate ProfileFor Account Executive1–3 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably with BFSI or business media exposureStrong understanding of banking, finance, insurance, or capital markets is an advantageExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environmentFor Senior Account Executive3–5 years of relevant PR experience with demonstrated BFSI client handlingProven media relationships with business and financial journalistsAbility to independently manage account execution with minimal supervisionStrong strategic thinking and client-handling capabilitiesKey Skills & CompetenciesBFSI domain knowledgeMedia relations & pitchingContent writing and editingClient servicingStakeholder managementAttention to detail and accuracyProactive and solution-oriented mindsetWhy Adfactors PROpportunity to work with India’s largest and most influential BFSI brandsExposure to complex, high-impact communication mandatesFast-track learning and career growth in a market-leading PR firm
