This role requires strong client leadership, deep understanding of digital and social ecosystems, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful campaigns with seamless execution.You will act as a trusted partner to clients and a key collaborator with internal creative, content, and media teams.KRA-Client Leadership & Relationship Management- Own and lead multiple client accounts end-to-end - Act as the senior point of contact for clients and build long-term partnerships - Gain a deep understanding of client businesses, competitors, and target audiences - Lead client meetings, strategic discussions, and performance reviewsDigital & Social Strategy- Develop and oversee digital and social media strategies aligned with client objectives - Guide content, creative, and platform strategies across social channels - Ensure campaigns are insight-led, brand-consistent, and performance-driven - Proactively identify growth opportunities, new ideas, and innovative formatsExecution & Team Collaboration- Lead and coordinate with internal teams across content, design, planning, and media - Ensure clear briefs, smooth workflows, and timely delivery - Maintain quality control across all client-facing deliverables - Anticipate risks and resolve challenges proactivelyPerformance, Reporting & Growth- Review analytics, campaign performance, and social media metrics - Convert data into actionable insights and client-ready recommendations - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts - Support new business pitches, proposals, and strategic presentationsProcess & Team Development- Oversee scopes of work, retainers, timelines, and budgets - Ensure adherence to internal processes and best practices - Mentor and guide junior client servicing team membersWhat we are looking for-- 5+ years of experience in client servicing / account management within a digital or social media agency - Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing ecosystems - Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - High ownership mindset with strong organizational abilities - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionPerks- Apart from the compensation, you’ll be part of a crazy (in the best way) culture with people who don’t believe in monotonous or boring workdays.
