Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate (Hospitality Experience Preferred)Location: Hyderabad (Nanakramguda)Company: Ridhira GroupRole PurposeThe Sales Manager – Real Estate will drive sales for Ridhira Group’s premium real estate portfolio, including luxury villas, resort residences, hospitality-led developments, and mixed-use projects. The role requires a strong understanding of real estate sales cycles combined with hospitality-style customer engagement, relationship management, and experiential selling.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation- Drive sales targets for residential, villa, and hospitality-integrated real estate projects. - Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead generation, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures. - Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with project-wise revenue goals. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.Hospitality-Led Selling- Leverage hospitality experience to deliver high-touch, experience-driven customer interactions. - Coordinate with resort/hospitality operations teams for showcasing lifestyle offerings. - Cross-sell hospitality amenities, wellness, memberships, and managed living concepts where applicable. - Ensure superior customer experience during site visits, events, and property walkthroughs.Channel & Corporate Sales- Manage and expand channel partner networks (brokers, IPCs, consultants). - Build relationships with HNIs, UHNI clients, corporates, and investors. - Participate in corporate tie-ups, roadshows, and luxury real estate events.Customer Relationship Management- Maintain long-term client relationships from inquiry to post-sales handover. - Address client queries, objections, and escalations professionally. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.Market Intelligence & Reporting- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demand. - Provide regular sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports to management. - Support marketing teams with feedback on campaigns, site events, and promotions.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills. - Understanding of luxury real estate and hospitality-driven sales. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to engage premium customers with a consultative approach. - Proficiency in CRM tools, sales MIS, and reporting.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or Hospitality Management. - 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with mandatory exposure to hospitality, resorts, hotels, or luxury lifestyle projects. - Experience selling villas, premium residences, resort homes, or branded developments preferred. - Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.Why Join Ridhira Group- Work on luxury, hospitality-led real estate projects. - Exposure to integrated living, wellness, and resort-style developments. - Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding premium real estate brand.Apply Now:Email: anusha@WhatsApp CV: +91 7386688223
