This is a highly impactful role for a metrics-driven HR leader with strong business acumen and experience in fast-paced, product-led technology environments.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Business Partnership- Develop deep understanding of Cvent’s business model, products, revenue drivers, and operating rhythms - Translate business priorities into scalable, agile people strategies - Advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, and people implications of key decisionsTalent, Performance & Culture- Drive a performance-oriented culture through effective goal setting, performance management, and capability building - Partner with leaders to attract, retain, and develop top talent across product, technology, sales, and support teams - Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, critical role identification, and leadership assessments - Continuously assess and improve organizational health, engagement, and leadership effectivenessEmployee Relations & Change Management- Handle complex employee relations matters with maturity, discretion, and sound judgment - Support large-scale change initiatives, business transformations, and cultural evolutionData, Insights & Decision Support- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, performance, and workforce trends - Promote accountability through data-driven people practices and outcome-based decision makingCollaboration & Stakeholder Management- Partner closely with HR COEs across compensation, benefits, learning, mobility, and assessments - Influence senior leaders through clear communication, strong relationships, and executive-ready insightsExperience & Qualifications- 14–20 years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in HR Business Partnering - Strong background in product-led technology, SaaS, or IT services organizations - Proven success partnering with senior leaders in global, matrixed environments - Hands-on experience across the HR lifecycle in high-growth, fast-paced setups - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities - High levels of maturity, judgment, and relationship-building skills✨ Why Join Cvent?- Work at the forefront of AI-enabled people practices - Influence business strategy at scale - Be part of a culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning - Make a real impact on how people work, grow, and connect globally
