This role involvesstructured lead handling, project coordination, estimate support, technical alignment, and long-cycle follow-ups . The ideal candidate should haveexcellent English communication , fast learning ability, and strong system & process understanding to handle complex B2B workflows.Key Responsibilities 1. B2B Lead & Project Management Handle incomingB2B leads(builders, developers, architects, contractors, consultants) Conduct initial discussions to understandproject scope, timelines, and requirements Classify leads based onproject stage(discussion, estimation, negotiation, execution) Maintainaccurate lead and project recordsin trackers and master sheets Ensure properdocumentation of all interactions and updates2. Estimate & Proposal Coordination Coordinate withtechnical and sales teamsfor BOQs, wiring lists, and configurations Support preparation ofproject estimates and commercial proposals Verifytechnical and commercial inputsbefore submission Ensuretimely and error-free proposal sharingwith clients3. Follow-Ups & Deal Progression Execute follow-ups as perdefined B2B sales stages Trackdecision-makers, approval timelines, and negotiation points Support the sales team inmoving deals toward closure Maintainlong-cycle follow-upsfor large or delayed projects4. Project & Client Coordination Act as asingle point of contactbetween clients, sales, and technical teams Schedulesite visits, demos, meetings, and discussions Ensure clients receiveclear, accurate, and consistent communication Handlequeries, revisions, and clarificationsprofessionally5. Internal Team Coordination Work closely with: Sales teamfor deal strategy and updates Technical teamfor site data, drawings, and demos Operations teamfor feasibility and timelines Ensuresmooth handoverfrom sales to execution after deal closure6. Process & System Compliance Followinternal sales processes and documentation standardsstrictly KeepCRM / Excel / Sheets trackers updatedin real-time Identifyprocess gapsand escalate issues proactively Supportreporting and performance trackingMust-Have Skills & Qualities (Mandatory) Fast learnerwith ability to adapt to products, systems, and processes Strong English communication(spoken & written) – mandatory Excellent knowledge ofExcel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and trackers Strong understanding ofsales and coordination workflows Excellentstakeholder management and coordination skills Ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneouslywithout errors Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven Experience or understanding ofB2B / project-based sales cyclespreferredPreferred Background Experience inB2B sales coordination, project coordination, or solution-based selling Exposure toautomation, real estate, construction, electrical, or system integrationis a plus
