The ideal candidate will foster independence, curiosity, and holistic development in line with Montessori principlesKey Responsibilities Classroom & Teaching: Implement Montessori-based teaching methods aligned with lesson plans and curriculum Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centric classroom environment Observe, guide, and support children’s academic, emotional, and social development Use age-appropriate materials and activities to encourage independent learningStudent Development: Assess and document children’s progress and developmental milestones Plan and evaluate individual and group learning activities Ensure student safety and supervision at all timesParent Interaction: Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and development Address concerns and provide constructive feedback during parent interactions Encourage parent participation in school activities and meetingsSchool & Team Collaboration: Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school events Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support staff Follow school policies, procedures, and confidentiality standardsRequirements Degree/Diploma with ECCE / NTT certification;Montessori certificationpreferred Basic understanding of child development theories and Montessori philosophy Good communication skills in English Patient, caring, flexible, and child-focused attitude Strong classroom management and teamwork skills Ability to safeguard children’s well-being and interestsExperience:0–2 Years (or as per competence)What We Offer Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and training Child-focused and value-driven educational culture
