At least12+ yearsof experience in vessel operations, stowage planning, marine operations, handled live vessels and related operational shipping functions. Person should be willing to travel to Dubai, Singapore & Hong Kong on monthly basis.Key Responsibilities: Ownlive vessel operationsacross services and trades Oversee and approvestowage plansensuring vessel stability, safety, DG compliance, and optimal utilization Coordinate with Masters, terminals, and regional operations for smooth port calls Manage operational disruptions (delays, congestion, weather, port issues) Optimize vessel-related costs (port costs, re-handling, restows, bunker impact) Lead and guide vessel planners and stowage planning teams Act as escalation point for operational and stowage-related decisions
