Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Management: ● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the cluster. ● Monitor sales performance daily and implement action plans to address any issues or opportunities in real time ● Foster relationships with Centre Managers and stakeholders to drive business growth month on month 2. Operations Management: ● Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations within the cluster. ● Ensure efficient and effective operational processes by solving facilities and customer issues to deliver stellar experience. ● Implement best practices and standardize procedures ensure the audits are defect free. 3. People Management: ● Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve their best performance. ● Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. ● Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed. Requirements- ● Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a multi-location environment like retail chains with at least 3 years of experience ● Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. ● Analyze and interpret complex data sets using MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas to take informed decisions
