Job Title: Finance ManagerLocation: IndoreJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional with strong expertise in Zoho finance applications and Indian statutory compliances. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance, driving process automation, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books, including GST, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory filings - Handle month-end and year-end closing, balance sheet finalization, and preparation of MIS reports - Oversee payroll processing using Zoho Payroll and expense management via Zoho Expense - Ensure compliance with Indian taxation laws including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax - Coordinate and liaise with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, auditors, and regulatory authorities - Manage banking operations, fund flow, loan servicing, and bank reconciliations - Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow statements to support business planning - Drive finance process automation and workflow optimization using Zoho tools and analytics - Utilize Zoho Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting - Manage vendor payments, client billing, and internal stakeholder coordination - Lead, guide, and mentor junior finance team members - Ensure high standards of accuracy, documentation, and internal controlsKey Requirements- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Analytics - In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliances - Proven experience in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and cash-flow management - Strong expertise in banking operations, reconciliations, and fund management - Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis - Experience in finance process improvement and automation - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including vendors, clients, and internal teams - Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills - High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities - Strong communication and coordination skills
