Position:Marketing Activation Executive / Manager Department:Marketing / Brand / CommunicationsReporting To:[Marketing Manager / Head – Marketing]Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and executeon-ground and digital marketing activation campaignsaligned with brand and business goals Conceptualize and manageBTL / ATL / TTL activations , including events, mall activations, site activations, roadshows and corporate engagements Coordinate withinternal teams (sales, CRM, branding, procurement)and external partners (agencies, vendors, printers, performers) Overseeend-to-end executionof marketing activities — from planning to implementation and reporting Track campaign performance and shareactivation reports and recommendations Managebudgets, POs, and vendor negotiationsto ensure cost-effective execution Ensure all brand communication followsbrand guidelines Supportproduct launches, festive campaigns, and community initiatives Skills & Competencies Strong project management and execution skills Excellent coordination and vendor management abilities Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Qualification & Experience Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred 3–7 years of relevant experience inmarketing activations / events / brand promotions Experience in real estate / Consumer Durables / Banking will be an added advantage.KPIs Successful execution of planned activations Timely delivery and budget adherence Quality of brand visibility and engagement Stakeholder and vendor satisfactionShare your resume at Kanika.bhambri@
