Summary: The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding MYK LATICRETE’s market footprint across Dhanbad and Bhilai by driving channel and project sales, managing key influencers, and ensuring seamless customer engagement. This position demands a proactive, results-oriented professional with expertise in construction materials sales, distributor management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality leads, nurturing relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and masons, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. By leveraging data-driven strategies and maintaining rigorous activity tracking through SFA tools, the executive will contribute significantly to brand growth, market share expansion, and long-term customer loyalty in target markets.Responsibilities: Generate and convert leads through systematic visits to contractor master lists and targeted cold calling, ensuring timely follow-up within 24 hours of lead creation. Maintain and classify leads (Warm/Hot/Cold) in the LMS system with clear next-step timelines and track conversion performance by lead source. Drive product awareness and adoption among general contractors, Class B+C architects, and small builders by identifying, onboarding, and engaging key stakeholders. Promote MYK LATICRETE’s premium product range and influence project specifications through technical consultations and site visits. Identify, onboard, and manage verified Tile Contractors (Silver & Gold tiers), ensuring increased share of usage and retention through the Tile Contractor Program. Deliver on-site service and support to contractors within defined TAT, with first contact within 24 hours of engagement. Enroll, verify, and engage high-potential Rishta users (500+ points), organizing mason meets and participating in promotional events to drive brand visibility. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues within 24-hour TAT, coordinating with technical services when required. Accurately document daily activities, lead updates, and sales progress in the SFA app as per DRCP guidelines. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in channel sales, project sales, or distributor management within the construction or building materials industry. Strong understanding of tile adhesive and related construction product categories. Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads through cold calling, field visits, and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in using CRM/SFA tools for real-time activity tracking and reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel and work in field-based roles across Bhilai, Bastar, Bilaspur markets.
