From licensing and implementation to ongoing support, the company ensures clients maximize their technology investments to drive growth and operational efficiency.Role Description We are looking for an Immediate joiner, Location : Cuttack, Odisha, Onsite We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, including payables, receivables, invoicing, reconciliation, and order processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and Indian taxation, along with excellent communication skills to coordinate with global CPAs and cross-functional teams. ️ Key Responsibilities · Manage day-to-day accounting functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. · Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts. · Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities. · Oversee order processing and ensure accurate documentation and billing. · Administer payroll processing, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS). · Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements under Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax). · Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and global CPAs for financial reporting and compliance. · Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews. · Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed. · Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred). · 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations. · Strong understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance. · Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar). · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for global coordination. · High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Attributes · Experience working with international teams or clients. · Familiarity with payroll software and HRMS tools. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
