About the Role We are looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Key Account Manager – Amazon to own and accelerate Origin Nutrition’s growth on India’s largest marketplace. This role will be responsible for end-to-end account management, topline growth, operational excellence, and leveraging Amazon’s ecosystem to drive sustainable scale in a fast-moving, algorithm-led environment.Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end business performance on Amazon (Seller Central / Vendor Central) • Drive topline growth through availability, selection expansion, pricing, promotions, and visibility levers • Lead monthly and quarterly Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Amazon category and vendor teams • Unlock and optimize platform levers such as Availability, Discoverability, Buyability, Conversion, and Retention • Hands-on ownership of Amazon Ads including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display • Manage campaign setup, keyword research, bid & budget optimization to improve ROAS and ACOS • Use Brand Analytics and search term reports to drive paid performance and organic visibility • Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads • Track, analyze, and improve operational and commercial KPIs including sales, ROAS, contribution margin, and fill rates • Manage stock planning and forecasting for FBA / Vendor inventory to ensure healthy availability and minimal losses • Drive flawless execution during marquee events like Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, Brand Days, and deal events • Own channel P&L, including topline targets and account-related costs • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and proactively resolve account or operational issuesWhat We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central) • Strong understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, algorithms, and growth levers • Highly analytical with strong command over Excel; hands-on experience with Business Reports, Brand Analytics, managing Amazon Ads end-to-end with direct execution responsibility • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence Amazon category teams • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment • Bias for action, accountability, and continuous optimization
