That you're still learning, and want to grow in a space that walks its talk on creativity, reflection, empathy, and growth.If this resonates, read on—we’d love to meet you.The Role: Science Learning Facilitator (Asst) Subjects:Physics, Chemistry & Biology Grades:Lower and Middle School Location:Kannuru, Hennur-Bagalur Road, North Bangalore Type: Full-Time Timings:Mon–Fri (8 AM–5.30 PM) + Alternate Saturdays Training & Probation Period: 1 yearWhat You'll Do You will: Plan and facilitate immersive, child-centric learning experiences under our SIE (Scientific Inquiry & Experimentation) framework Use real-world questions, experiments, debates, and projects to bring science to life Design interdisciplinary, purpose-based learning missions in collaboration with peers Observe, reflect, and document children’s learning journeys Co-create changemaker missions that weave science into global and local problem-solving Continuously iterate on lesson plans, games, tools, and provocations Participate in ongoing learning, mentorship, and professional growthWhat We're Looking For Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or any Science stream Experience: 2–5 years working with children or in creative/educational spacesMindset: Curious and always learning Comfortable with uncertainty and innovation Empathy-driven and purpose-ledSkills: Strong communication (written and verbal) Creativity, collaboration, and classroom ownership Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.)Bonus if you have: A background infacilitation, science communication, curriculum design, orpublic speakingrelated to STEM Experience withinquiry-based science education,hands-on experiments,lab or field work, ordesigning science-based projects Exposure togame-based pedagogy,interdisciplinary learning, orchangemaker educationwith a scientific lens Passion for helping children connect science toreal-world issues—from climate change to health, sustainability, and innovationWhy Join Us?
