I. Teaching and Mentoring Design and deliverengaging undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Science and Engineering, including lecture, lab, and online formats. Develop and revisecurriculumto incorporate the latest industry trends and research findings. Supervise and mentorstudent research projects, including Master's theses and Ph.D. dissertations. Provideacademic advisingand career guidance to students.II. Research and Scholarship Establish and maintainan active, externally funded research program in a specialized area of Computer Science. Publishhigh-quality research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. Activelyseek and securecompetitive research grants and contracts from government agencies and industry. Collaborate with faculty across departments on interdisciplinary research initiatives.III. Service and Administration Participate indepartmental, college, and university committeework (e.g., curriculum, faculty search, assessment). Contribute to thegrowth and developmentof the department, including new program initiatives and accreditation efforts. Engage with the professional community through service roles, technical reviews, and external partnerships.Required Qualifications Ph.D.in related discipline from an accredited institution. Demonstrated potential forhigh-quality teachingat the university level. Astrong record of scholarly publicationsin reputable journals and conference proceedings (commensurate with rank).
