The Team Lead will supervise and guide a team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives, ensuring efficient workflows and meeting deadlines. They will be responsible for managing team performance, collaborating with managers to set goals, and monitoring project progress. The role also includes resolving team challenges, mentoring team members, and communicating effectively across departments to promote productivity and coordination.Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide team members. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to oversee projects effectively and address challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with multiple teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to manage timelines and deliverables efficiently. 1-3 yrs experience in healthcare or related fields as a team leader is an advantage. A demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
