As part of our team, you will not just take on challenges; you will push the boundaries of engineering, technology, and customer experience, working towards something that has never been.About the Role:Act as thetechnical expertforcomposite manufacturing and assembly processes , including structural integration, system installation, GD&T interpretation, and end-to-end aircraft build sequencing. Collaborate cross-functionallywith Suppliers, design, test, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability, compliance with standards, and optimized assembly processes under fast-paced timelines. Serve as theprimary on-site expertfor resolving issues across structural, mechanical and integration domains, driving RCCA. Have a foundational knowledge of electrical integration with a strong intent to grow in cross-functional domains. Coordinate withsupply chain and logisticsteams to ensure the timely availability of critical components and tooling, maintaining traceability as required. Mentor and guide junior manufacturing engineers and technicians, fostering ahands-on, solution-driven culture,driving continuous improvement. Responsible for maintaining up-to-datework instructions, assembly fixtures , and value stream maps tailored for low-volume, high-complexity prototype builds, ensuring a balance between quality, efficiency, and safety.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering. 6–8 years of hands-on experience in composite manufacturing and assembly in the aerospace sector. Deep understanding of composite materials, bonding techniques, and aircraft structural integration, fastening. Proficient in GD&T, CAD tools (preferred NX) ,and PLM systems. Strong knowledge of quality standards and certification process. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
