Driveperformance review cycles , incentive programs, and closures. Coordinatesales training programsand track effectiveness. ImplementHR digitization initiativesand leverage AI tools for HR analytics. Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for leadership reviews. Foster employee engagement and resolve team-specific challenges. Qualifications & Skills Education:MBA in HR from a reputed institute (Full-time). Experience:Minimum 3 years in HR business partnering with strong exposure to Sales hiring and HR operations. Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency. Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot) and HRMS platforms. Language:Hindi speaking mandatory; English proficiency required.
