Our teams work at the intersection of healthcare, data, and engineering to build reliable, high-impact products used by global client s.Role Overview As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end product quality across releases. You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle—right from requirement discussions to production readiness. This role requires strong ownership, system-level thinking, and the ability to balance manual and automated testing to ensure reliable, scalable, and user-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities Own quality for assigned products and features from requirements to release Define and execute risk-based test strategies aligned with business and system impact Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test suites Actively participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning to identify risks early Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear test scenarios Drive meaningful test automation with a focus on coverage and maintainability Validate real-world usage patterns, edge cases, and failure scenarios Perform API, UI, mobile, and performance testing as required Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster feedback Provide clear assessments on release readiness and quality risksRequired Experience & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in software quality engineering roles Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality best practices Ability to think beyond test cases and assess overall system behavior Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing quality decisionsTechnical Skills UI & API Automation : Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools Mobile Testing:Appium (Android and iOS) Performance Testing : JMeter or equivalent tools AI / LLM Feature Testing:Python-based validations or similar approaches Programming Languages:Java, JavaScript, and/or Python CI/CD Tools:Experience integrating tests into pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or similar)What We Look For Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail Ability to prioritize testing based on risk and impact Curiosity to understand system behavior under real-world conditions Clear communication and collaboration skills Commitment to building reliable, high-quality software
