Job Description Job Title: Marketing Feed & Channable Specialist Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Semi Hybrid Mode (4days work from office) and (1 day work from home (either Monday or Wednesday or Friday)) in a weekJob Goal The Marketing Feed & Channable Specialist is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, creating, and optimizing product feeds in Channable or any other tool used by the organization to ensure high data quality, maximum channel compliance, and optimal performance across paid marketing channels (e.g. Google Shopping, Meta, marketplaces, affiliate networks).This role acts as a key bridge between Performance Marketing, Content, Tech teams or any other team of the organization, translating feed issues into actionable improvements.Core activities 1. Feed Management & Optimization Create, manage, and optimize product feeds in Channable for multiple marketing and marketplace channels. Build and maintain rules, filters, and logic to ensure correct product categorization, pricing, availability, and attributes. Continuously optimize feed structure to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate. Manage country-specific and channel-specific feed requirements.2. Data Quality & Feed Health Monitor feed diagnostics and errors (e.g. missing attributes, policy disapprovals, formatting issues). Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent fields (titles, descriptions, GTINs, images, prices, stock). Define and maintain feed quality standards and best practices. Implement safety rules to prevent incorrect pricing, out-of-stock promotion, or policy violations.3. Cross-Team Collaboration Act as the main point of contact between: Content team (product titles, descriptions, attributes, images) Tech / Data team (feed structure, exports, tracking, automation) Performance Marketing team (campaign requirements and priorities) Translate business and marketing needs into clear feed logic and rules. Proactively follow up on data gaps and technical dependencies.4. Channel Compliance & Expansion Ensure feeds comply with platform policies (Google, Meta, marketplaces, affiliates). Support the launch of new channels or countries by setting up and validating new feeds. Keep up to date with changes in platform feed requirements and Channable features.5. Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Monitor feed performance and stability on a daily/weekly basis. Create reports and dashboards on feed health, errors, and improvements. Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and error risk.
