This role is critical in driving last-mile Sales, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets across dealer outlets.Key Responsibilities ∙ Dealer Coverage : Visit 9–10 outlets daily to book orders, check stocks, and ensure product visibility. ∙ Order Booking & Execution : Capture orders using mobile apps/handheld devices; ensure sales of major SKUs. ∙ Payment Collection : Check dealer outstanding and collect payment from dealers through company QR code. ∙ Dealer Stock Checking : Scan and record dealer stocks through QR code in mobile app. ∙ Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and SKU coverage requirements. ∙ Promotions & Schemes : Promote products and schemes in dealer outlet. ∙ Reporting : Share competitor activity, outlet feedback, and sales data with supervisors. ∙ Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with dealers to drive loyalty and repeat sales.Qualifications & Skills ∙Minimum 12th pass: graduates preferred. ∙Physically fits and willing to travel extensively. ∙Strong communication and convincing skills (good in local language and little English communication). ∙Ability to work independently and manage daily coverage. ∙Familiarity with mobile sales apps and digital order entry.
