You will own product marketing, branding, and lead generation, experiment across multiple channels, and focus on outcomes that truly move the business forward. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a greenfield marketing environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving setup.Key Responsibilities Build and execute end-to-end growth strategies across multiple marketing channels Own product marketing, positioning, and messaging Plan and run campaigns across YouTube, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels Drive organic growth through content, social media, and basic SEO initiatives Experiment with new ideas, channels, and formats to improve reach, leads, and conversions Analyze performance metrics, derive insights, and continuously optimize campaigns Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with measurable business outcomes Stay updated with new marketing tools, trends, and growth tacticsRequirements 4 - 7 years of experience in startup, marketing agency, or SaaS environments Strong all-rounder marketing skillset across content, organic growth, paid ads, and product marketing Hands-on experience with YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, and campaign optimization Basic understanding of SEO and link-building concepts Comfortable building marketing strategies and execution from scratch Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and measure performance Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and experiment continuously Preference for candidates based in Tamil NaduWhat We Offer Opportunity to build, scale, and take complete ownership of marketing in a rapidly growing organization.
