Job Title: Google Ads Media Buyer (Performance Marketing)(D2C) Company:Per4mance Guru Location:Model Town, Delhi (Onsite) Experience:2–4 Years (Agency experience preferred) Reporting to:Head of Performance About the Role We are looking for a data-obsessedGoogle Ads Media Buyerto join our Delhi HQ. You will be responsible for managing the "Search & Shopping" engine for our D2C portfolio. Unlike remote roles, this onsite position is for a high-energy marketer who thrives on real-time brainstorming, rapid-fire testing, and immediate feedback. AtPer4mance Guru , Google Ads is our "Intent Engine." Your job is to capture high-intent users and scale revenue through PMax, Shopping, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Campaign Management:End-to-end execution of Search, YouTube, Display, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns. Shopping Feed Mastery:Own theGoogle Merchant Center (GMC) . You must be able to troubleshoot feed errors, optimize product titles, and manage custom labels to improve shopping performance. Aggressive PMax Optimization:Go beyond "letting the AI run." You will optimize PMax through asset group testing, audience signals, and negative keyword implementation (via account-level lists). Funnel Integration:Work with the Meta team to ensure we are capturing the demand generated by social ads. Technical Setup:Independently set up GTM (Google Tag Manager) tags, GA4 conversion events, and Enhanced Conversions. Daily Performance Monitoring:Being onsite means "war-room" style monitoring. You will track hourly/daily trends and pivot strategies instantly during sale days. What We Are Looking For The Delhi Hustle:You are someone who enjoys the collaborative environment of an office. You can walk over to the creative team to explain why a YouTube thumbnail isn't clicking. D2C & E-com Experience:Proven experience scaling Indian D2C brands is a MUST. You understand the "Festive Season" pressure and "End of Season Sale" mechanics. Analytical Prowess:You don't just report CTR; you report onnCAC(New Customer Acquisition Cost) andPOAS(Profit on Ad Spend). Communication:Since you’ll be in the office, you should be able to present reports and insights clearly to the leadership team and clients. Real-time Learning:Immediate access to senior strategists and founders. High-Growth Portfolio:Direct hands-on experience with brands spending ₹10L–₹50L+ monthly.
