In close partnership with global execution business units and technology platform teams, we enable efficient, scalable, and compliant trade execution for institutional clients worldwide. We are currently seeking an experiencedExecution Platform Expertto join our team inMumbai . The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and functional expertise in electronic trading platforms, order management systems, and execution workflows, with a strong understanding of front-office operations and client connectivity. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our SaaS offerings while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment at the intersection of product, technology, and capital markets.Key Responsibilities: Lead release management and system upgrades for trading platforms, including coordinated testing, deployment, and resilience validation across global environments. Own and operate core execution infrastructure, including FIX engines, routing configurations, auto-rule logic, and connectivity with brokers, exchanges, and trading venues. Provide real-time trade lifecycle support and incident response — managing order creation, modifications, compliance checks, and rapid recovery from system disruptions. Drive end-to-end resolution of trade breaks, connectivity issues, and system alerts, collaborating with IT, vendors, and control functions to ensure seamless front-to-back operations. Champion operational excellence and security, enforcing compliance, auditability, and continuous improvement through lessons learned and proactive risk mitigation.Skills Requirements: Proficient in electronic execution systems (e.g., TSI, OMNI) and FIX protocol, with in-depth knowledge of FIX message structures, tags, and full trade lifecycle flows (order submission, execution, amendment, cancellation). Skilled in analysing FIX and error logs to diagnose trade failures, validate system behaviour, and ensure seamless execution across global trading platforms. Solid understanding of order types (GTD, LMT, STP), market data feeds, pre-trade validation, and trading workflows, combined with hands-on experience in troubleshooting end-to-end trade issues. Familiarity with execution services, broker connectivity models, and trading venue integrations, including broker-specific FIX implementations and messaging standards. Aware of relevant regulatory and industry standards governing electronic trading, messaging integrity, and operational compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex technical incidents under pressure. Experienced in incident and change management, with working knowledge of ITIL or equivalent frameworks, applied to trading system support and production issue resolution. Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail; adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Effective communicator who can bridge technical and business teams, provide clear incident updates, and maintain accurate documentation.
