The role ensures all client information is validated and processed in accordance with established procedures, supporting operational excellence and superior client experience. Details on your work arrangement (including on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How You’ll Succeed (Responsibilities): Process financial and non-financial transactions on key systems and client accounts, including transfers in and out. Verify and validate all client information prior to processing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain high standards of data entry accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to support a culture of process improvement and accountability. Contribute to team goals by providing support and sharing knowledge with colleagues. Adhere to all operational procedures, compliance, and risk management requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processed transactions.Experience:2+ years of experience Who You Are (Skills / Qualifications): Must Have Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered. 2+ years of experience in operations processing or a related function within financial services. Experience with data entry and transaction processing in a financial services environment is an asset. Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing. Good understanding of financial operations and client account servicing. Effective teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to change and champion process improvements. Strong organizational and time management skills.
