LTI Mindtree is hiring for Mainframe Function Tester.About the Role Lead functional testing across SIT, UAT, and regression phases for mainframe applications.ResponsibilitiesDefine and review test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements. Validate business logic and workflows in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IMS, and DB2 environments. Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Mentor and guide QA engineers on mainframe and API testing best practices. Coordinate testing efforts across distributed teams and offshore/on-site models. Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
