Since 2004, we have built a global customer base supplyingKSMs, API intermediates, and specialty chemicalsto pharmaceutical companies worldwide. As we scale operations, we are looking for an experiencedSite Headto lead our manufacturing facility at Vatva.Role Overview TheSite Headwill have end-to-end responsibility for plant operations, includingproduction, safety, quality, people, maintenance, and continuous improvement . This is a senior, hands-on leadership role working closely with top management, R&D, QA, and commercial teams.Key Responsibilities Lead and overseeall manufacturing operationsto achieve targeted yields, quality, and delivery timelines Ensure strict adherence toSOPs, batch protocols, safety standards, and quality systems Plan and executeproduction schedules, manpower deployment, and shift operations Review and approveBatch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)with timely and compliant documentation Troubleshoot process issues, conductroot-cause analysis , and drive continuous improvement Ensure smooth plant functioning, optimalequipment utilization , and high operational discipline Overseemaintenance systems , machinery uptime, and asset reliability Supportnew product scale-up , process improvements, and capacity expansion Build and lead a strong shop-floor team through training, supervision, and performance management ChampionEHS cultureand ensure statutory and audit compliance at all timesMust-Have Qualifications M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or BE Chemical Engg. 10+ years of experiencein fine / specialty chemicals manufacturing Strong hands-on knowledge ofbatch chemical plants, equipment, and industrial safety Proven experience leading production teams and managing plant-level operationsWhy Join Ascent Finechem?
