We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Website Developer to own the development, maintenance, performance, and production stability of a large ecosystem of commercial websites, landing pages, and eCommerce platforms across multiple brands/regions. This is an ownership-heavy role that includes mentoring juniors and handling live production issues.Key Responsibilities * Build, revamp, deploy, and maintain 80+ live websites/landing pages * Own WordPress (custom themes + page builders) and React (Next.js) sites * Develop high-performance landing pages for paid campaigns * Manage staging/demo environments and smooth production rolloutsIntegrate and troubleshoot * Payments (Razorpay) * CRMs (Leadsquared, VS CRM, MML) * Tracking/analytics (GTM, GA, GSC, Meta Pixel, Google Ads goals) * Forms + attribution (Elementor, Fluent Forms, custom HTML/React forms, UTM/query params) * APIs/tools (SMTP2Go, Mailgun, EmailJS, SheetDB)Performance + operations * Speed optimization, caching (LiteSpeed), uptime/server troubleshooting * Security incidents, malware cleanup, backups/restores * SSL/DNS/hosting configuration * Tech Stack * WordPress (Elementor/WPBakery), React (Next.js), HTML, PHP, Git, VS Code * Hosting/Deploy: Hostinger, Namecheap, GoDaddy, Netlify, Vercel * Leadership * Primary technical point of contact for web issues * Mentor/review junior developers * Handle escalations and urgent production fixes (sometimes outside hours)Requirements * Strong WordPress development experience * Working knowledge of React (Next.js) * Solid troubleshooting + deployment ownership * Experience with tracking, CRM, and integrations Comfortable managing multiple brands/domains at scaleNote: This role involves continuous operational responsibility and knowledge-heavy systems, requiring structured handover and transition to ensure business continuity.
