This role is responsible for ensuring smooth academic delivery, student experience, faculty coordination, infrastructure readiness, and process discipline across batches.This is a hands-on role, not a desk-only admin position.Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic & Batch Operations Plan, schedule, and manage daily classes, batches, and faculty allocation Ensure timely start/end of sessions, adherence to curriculum and schedules Coordinate with mentors to ensure consistent teaching quality Handle batch changes, rescheduling, substitutions, and contingenciesStudent Experience & Discipline Own the end-to-end student journey from onboarding to course completion Ensure discipline, attendance tracking, and class decorum Handle student escalations, concerns, and grievances professionally Work closely with counseling / sales teams to ensure smooth handoversFaculty & Internal Coordination Act as the single point of coordination between: Mentors Sales / Counseling Marketing Admin & Finance Ensure mentors follow: Timelines Evaluation processes Reporting standardsProcess & SOP Management Create, document, and improve SOPs for academic and operational workflows Ensure processes are followed consistently across batches Track daily / weekly operational KPIs Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactivelyInfrastructure & Resource Management Ensure classrooms, equipment, tools, and supplies are ready before sessions Coordinate maintenance, inventory, and vendor requirements Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are metReporting & Ownership Maintain daily / weekly operational dashboards: Batch status Attendance Mentor utilization Student issues Share structured reports with leadership Take ownership of operational outcomes, not just tasksKey Skills & Competencies Strong execution and follow-through High ownership mindset Ability to manage people, processes, and pressure Excellent coordination and communication skills Comfortable handling students, mentors, and parents Process-oriented, structured thinker Calm under chaosPreferred Background:-Education institutes Coaching centers Skill-based training academies EdTech offline centersHas managed: Multiple batches Faculty schedules Student operations
